Every quote you give gets a text the next day, a call on day 3, and a last note on day 7. Every Friday you get a plain list of what is open, what closed and what died.

Reviews

After a finished job, your customer gets a text asking for a Google review. We answer every review within one business day, in your voice. You approve the first ten replies.

Your Google listing

We claim your Google Business Profile and keep your hours, phone number and services right. Each week we add new job photos.

Missed-call text-back (optional)

When you miss a call, the caller gets a text from your business line within a minute, in your words, asking what they need. You call back when you are down.

Start with 30 days. On day 30 we look at the numbers together. You keep everything and walk away, or you continue.

We measure four things on day 1 and again on day 30: quotes sent and closed, days from estimate to first follow-up, your Google review count and rating, and missed calls texted back within 10 minutes if you add text-back.

We do not promise leads or jobs. We do the work and show you the numbers.

Just need a website? We build you a simple website and set up your Google listing for $750, one time. It is done in a week, and you own it. Hosting and updates are $25 a month if you want them.

How it works

  1. Sign up. You sign a one-page agreement and pay for the 30 days. You give us manager access to your Google listing, and we learn how you talk to your customers.
  2. Text us. For every quote and every finished job, send a text with the customer’s name and number. About ten minutes a day. We do the rest.
  3. Friday call. Fifteen minutes each Friday: what is open, what closed, what came in on reviews. At day 30 you decide whether to keep going.

About the texts we send

Part of our work is texting your customers for you. Every text names your company and goes only to people who asked you for a quote, hired you, or called you. Every text tells them they can reply STOP at any time. We never sell or share phone numbers for marketing.
